Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at www.margateconcreteconstruction.com or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. ParamountGate Margate Concrete reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Services

ParamountGate Margate Concrete provides concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, repairs, and related services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by our company. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Project estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Actual costs may vary based on site conditions, material prices, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the work. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges as permitted by law.

If you dispute any charges, you must notify us in writing within 10 days of invoice date. We will work with you to resolve any billing issues fairly and promptly.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for project completion. However, actual completion may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept away from the construction site for safety reasons. You are responsible for marking or relocating any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure before we begin work.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during construction, but we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, underground systems, or other items that were not disclosed to us prior to starting work.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.

Concrete naturally develops minor hairline cracks as it cures and settles. These are normal and not considered defects. Our warranty covers structural issues and significant cracking that results from improper installation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParamountGate Margate Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to make changes to your project after work has begun, we will provide a revised estimate for your approval. Additional charges may apply for changes that require extra materials or labor.

Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel after we have ordered materials or begun work, you may be responsible for costs already incurred. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your service contract.

Permits and Compliance

We will obtain necessary permits for your project when required. You are responsible for ensuring that the work complies with any homeowner association rules, deed restrictions, or other property requirements. We recommend checking with your HOA before starting any concrete work.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Florida law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial. The arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to these terms must be brought in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
